The Reggio Emilia Approach

The Early Years Pre-School supports the Reggio Emilia approach. I have always found that given the right environment, enough time to investigate, and educators as play partners to guide learning and enhance environments children can become independent in their environment and freely explore reaching developmental milestones. Beyond that they can become leaders and educators within their peer environment. It was a pleasure to find a resource that takes the Reggio Emilia play and eloquently explain the process of environment and set up. Kate a former teacher whom is homeschooling her children. http://www.aneverydaystory.com/beginners-guide-to-reggio-emilia/main-principles/ does an incredible job of articulating the Reggio approach in a great simplicity with beautiful pictures and resources attached.

I felt it unnecessary to duplicate what she has beautifully provided!

Please a take a moment and follow the link provided and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I am excited to connect with such a beautiful resource which will allow you to understand our Early Years Pre-School program set up and know that it is play in the process of investigating the environment.

Congratulations,

Welcome to the Early Years Pre-School!
